Mission & Outreach

“Do all the good you can,
By all the means you can,
In all the ways you can,
In all the places you can,
At all the times you can,
To all the people you can,
As long as ever you can.”

John Wesley, Founder of Methodism

Helping Hands
Community Cheer baskets
The local community of churches work together providing food baskets during the holidays to local families with great need

Parkview Mission
Park View provides help, healing and hope to families and individuals in need by coming alongside them, engaging them in loving relationships and connecting them with life-changing resources.  Many of Amelon’s members volunteer on a weekly basis and on occasion, we participate in  serving dinner.

-Park View Community Mission is in Need of Summer Servants-
Are you looking for ways to stay busy during the summer?  Park View Mission has a job for you!  Many of our student volunteers from local colleges are home for the summer and the great work of sharing food with our neighbors continues.  Can you help distribute food on Thursday or Saturday morning?  Can you help stock?  Can you help pick up?  Can you take food in your car to a local school or recreation  center?  Can you drive a truck (no commercial license needed)?  Please contact Gordy Harper at  director@parkviewmission.org or go to the Park View web page to volunteer-
