Amelon United Methodist Church in Madison Heights, Virginia is seeking a Nursery Assistant to provide for the care and supervision of children from birth through 3 years of age during the 9:00 a.m. worship service, the 9:45 a.m. Sunday School Class, and the 10:53 a.m. worship service, every other Sunday. This individual should be passionate about providing a safe and loving environment for children. This is a paid, part time position and the individual hired will rotate Sundays with another Nursery Assistant.
*High School Diploma or GED
*Individual must be 18 years of age or older
*A background check is required
*CPR Certification (infant and children) preferred
*First Aid Certification preferred
*Prior experience working with children preferred

Park View Community Mission is in Need of Summer Servants
Are you looking for ways to stay busy during the summer? Park View Mission has a job for you! Many of our student volunteers from local colleges are home for the summer and the great work of sharing food with our neighbors continues. Can you help distribute food on Thursday or Saturday morning? Can you help stock? Can you help pick up? Can you take food in your car to a local school or recreation center?
